For small businesses without any professional HR support the amount of legislation that you are expecting to comply with is enough to daunt most employers.   Jigsaw HR like to get to know you and your business and what your are hoping to achieve in the future, we can then put documentation, systems and procedures in which will work for your business and take the burden off your shoulders.   We can even train you or your managers if you want us to.

For larger businesses the HR resource has reduced over the years and often there may be time when you need another pair of hands to do a project, or need specialist help in some areas, which we are more than happy to help with.  We can handle the hold project from start to finish, or coach and support your current HR Manager to do so.
